How can I use the sauna?

First, please make a reservation through this website, and arrive at our location about 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Additionally, we offer free rentals of towels and swimwear, so it's perfectly fine to come without bringing anything.

Yes, both men and women can use the sauna if they wear swimwear. The sauna facility includes two powder rooms that also serve as changing spaces, where you can change into swimwear separately by gender. Additionally, since the sauna rooms are completely private (one group at a time), you can relax in your swimwear without worrying about being seen by other guests.

No, smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including the bar.

 

Yes, feel free to take photos, but please be considerate of other guests. Additionally, if you post photos or videos related to our facility on social media, we may repost or retweet them.

What items are provided?

In the sauna space:
1 bath towel, 2 face towels, sauna mat (prepared in sauna), shampoo, treatment, body soap

In the powder rooms:
Hair dryer, cleansing oil (makeup remover), facial cleanser, toner, moisturizer, cotton swabs, toothbrushes.

Available for loan at reception:
Swimwear for men and women (available for complimentary use upon request)

Is there a separate space to change clothes and for doing hair and makeup?

Our sauna facilities are completely private (one group at a time), and include two powder rooms that also serve as changing spaces. After the sauna, you are welcome to take your time getting ready during your reserved time before making your way to the bar area.

Are reservations required?

Our establishment operates on a reservation-only basis. Please make your reservations in advance through our website.
Note: The bar is available to non-sauna members as well, so you are welcome to come there any time without a reservation.

How do I make a reservation?

First, please register as a member on our website (membership registration is subject to approval). After your registration is complete, you can make a reservation by selecting a plan and date from the Reservation Page.
Please note that we do not accept reservations over the phone.

How many people can use the sauna?

The sauna facility can accommodate up to 6 people regardless of gender. If you prefer a roomier sauna experience, we recommend a group of 2 to 4 people.

We offer one complimentary drink to those who use the sauna. Please place your order for your drink of choice at the bar after your sauna session. *Additional orders will be billed separately (Cash, credit card, PayPay).

*We also provide ionized water free of charge for sauna users.

Sauna meals are exclusively available to our sauna guests. Please select the value plan that includes the sauna meal at the time of your reservation. Furthermore, we will inquire about your specific menu choices at the reception on the day of your visit.

Yes, we can issue receipts. Please feel free to ask our staff for a receipt, and we will prepare it for you.

Can I play my own background music in the sauna?

Yes, we have Bluetooth speakers available in our sauna facilities for you to use. Feel free to play your favorite music and enjoy your time.

Can I use the sauna if I have tattoos?

Yes, our sauna facilities are completely private (one group at a time), so you can use them without interacting with other guests. However, we ask for your consideration of other guests in the bar and common areas.

Can I add water to the sauna stones (löyly)?

Yes, we provide a self-löyly set for your use. At your preferred timing, pour one to two ladles of water onto the sauna stones and enjoy the löyly in moderation. Please be careful, as pouring too much can raise the temperature to extremely high levels, which is very dangerous. Proceed with caution.

What should I do if I need to cancel?

Please use the contact form to provide your reservation name, order number (reservation number), date and time of the reservation, and the order amount to indicate that you wish to cancel. If you complete the cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation time, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, if you fail to notify us of your cancellation or change without at least 48 hours' notice and do not show up, you will be required to pay the full amount of the fee for the reservation.
